Weekly Maintenance: MY BODY

Generally during the week I will pick a day where I will juice my juices for up to three days and make my fruit-infused water as well. Now that football season is over (yes I have increased my therapy sessions because I miss it :/ ) I am able to visit my PURE BARRE studio that I love here in the metro Atlanta area. I generally try to make sure that workout also in E.F.F.E.C.T Fitness bootcamp and/or LA Fitness as well. These three things below are what I need on a weekly basis in order to maintain where I am now. 

Juice: Carrot juice (Eyes & Skin), Beet Juice (Skin), Grapefruit juice, Green Juices and random juices I create with fruit & Veggies that may be going bad LOL... I always add Ginger and/or Cayenne Pepper & Turmeric to all of my juices... Go to Tierra Goes Green for more information!

Water: Filtered water with Strawberries, Blueberries, Orange, MINT, Lemon, Cucumber, Lime and Watermelon

Pure Barre: I love the noon sessions for at least three to five times a week! I find that around noon this hour will make me zone out and then press on forward for the rest of my day!
