What DAWN eats?!

It's like people think I don't eat REAL FOOD anymore! No I am not VEGAN. No I am not VEGETARIAN. I am well on my way though, but just not yet. I am from South Mississippi and everything I've ever eaten has had meat in it. Thanks to I am more aware of what I put into my body and how that directly affects me. I eat ALL DAY surprisingly and I am still able to maintain a decent weight. Below are a few things I eat and a picture that I shared on Instagram on my progress.

The makings of PASTA! I always use gluten free noodles or veggies noodles. Organic veggies and I always eat broccoli as much as I can! I credit them for the abs I have now & #TierraTaughtMe that! 
I generally work out 2-3 times a day: Gym Session at LA Fitness, Pure Barre and Bootcamp with E.F.F.E.C.T Fitness! It works for me!
