My Ohio State Buckeyes show they CARE #GoBuckeyes #Undefeated

One of my very close friends sent me this tonight and it touched my heart! You all know that I am an Ohio State fan but this made me love the team even more!
Dom Tiberi, the sports director of WBNS-10TV in Columbus who has covered Ohio State football since the 1980s, lost his 21-year old daughter Maria, an OSU student, in a car crash on September 17.
After taking a short leave from work to mourn, Tiberi returned to Ohio Stadium to cover the Buckeyes’ victory over Wisconsin Saturday night, and as the players left the field following the win, each warmly greeted Tiberi with a hug.
Watch it here & make sure you have a tissue nearby!

Kuntry Kidz, Inc. #YouthSummit in Hattiesburg, Mississippi

I was honored and blessed to be a part of this amazing experience in my hometown of Hattiesburg, Mississippi. This event had over 200 junior and high school students from South Mississippi at the Lake Terrace Convention Center. To see how much Kuntry Kidz, Inc's efforts in the community has grown and how the organization is touching the young people's lives directly is phenomenal. I want to share a few pictures but make sure you follow me on instagram (DawnMGreene) to see more!

I love being HOME!

Make sure you check out

Students from my alma mater, South Jones High School and Junior High attended the Summit!
Our talented DJ Kujho for the event played music to keep students active in sessions!

I have to thank my team, Gregory Molette Jr. & Kayla Wallington, for their hard work and their efforts in helping me with this Youth Summit. I thank the organization's founder Mrs. Elisha Barnes-Booth for allowing me this platform to do more for my communities back home in Mississippi. I give GLORY TO GOD who continues to show me that what I do continuously for these young people will not be in vain.

#B2C Born To Compete Sideline Reporter #YouthSports

I was blessed to have the chance to shadow @BornToCompete at a few Youth Football League games here in Georgia. B2C is an amazing network for the Youth sports and it is insane how the players know about this network more than their coaches! LOL!
After a few games, I had the chance of being offered a sideline reporting gig with Born To Compete and I TOOK IT!
I have been doing Media Training Classes and this gig takes me back to the fundamentals of Football.
I am gaining so much experience and I am taking notes of EVERYTHING!
I have to thank Alex and Sharaye at Born To Compete for taking a chance on me and for showing me how to perfect my craft. I am living this moment and I am enjoying this not worried about what will come next.

@AtlantaParent Magazine Article Feature in their September Issue 2013

To be a reader of Atlanta Parent Magazine for the past six years and to see one of my Sports articles featured in an issue is EPIC for me!
I did not think I could do it and it was easier than I thought. I reached out to the magazine about writing a feature on how the FAMILY can enjoy GAMEDAY now that Football season was starting. With much guidance and a few phone calls during the editing process it WORKED!
It actually happened!
I thank God for this opportunity & I thank Mrs. Liz White for allowing me to share my expertise on GAMEDAY fun for the FAMILY!
