Born To Compete #SportsGala #YouthLeagueSports

I had the wonderful opportunity of working with BORN TO COMPETE this past football season. I have learned a lot from everyone there and at the closing of the season I was able to help give out awards at the #SportsGala at Park Tavern here in Atlanta, Georgia. I was able to see past B2C award winners come back and present awards to some of the young players today. Alex and Sharaye from Born To Compete have created such a loving environment that these youth and rec league teams can grow and their fans & families can love. It was BEAUTIFUL! I just really enjoyed being there. Can't wait to see what next season will bring!

#MagnaCartaWorldTOUR #EPICFAIL in ATL

See. Now you all should know that our Date Nights somehow end up in an arena for a concert! WE LOVE MUSIC! But considering I had a car accident the week before I was limited in my enjoyment!
Anyway, on to the concert review! Let's just say that JAYZ was great for the ONE HOUR he performed! He came out at 930p and then said, "THANK YOU ATL GOODNIGHT!" at 1030p. When no one moved to leave he decided to come back out to ENCORE (how fitting) and then he did 30 minute shout outs to fans in the crowd, mentioned that BEYONCE was there, and did two more songs but only half of a verse from each....... MY REACTION: -_-
I was so disappointed and just felt like he should've sold the albums and not have a tour.
Kanye gives YOU A SHOW! A PRODUCTION.
Drake gives you all of his one-liners, his hit chorus lines and his album performance!
The showmanship that JAY-Z lacked was pitiful and seriously I could've stayed at home for all of that! Just my thoughts but overall Hubby made my night better and I am always grateful for that!

*Merry Christmas 2013*

I pray that all of you had a wonderful Christmas and remember the reason for the season! I was very happy to see my children smile before the presents and after opening them. They understand that JESUS is the reason and that we are blessed to be together as a family!

Congrats to Kadeem Wallington #CobbSeniorBowl #FansFavoriteFAN

I am very proud of Kadeem Wallington who represented Marietta High School  in the Cobb Senior Bowl game! I was unable to attend the game because I was in another accident on the day before (I KNOW & IT WAS NOT MY FAULT, AGAIN) but I was there in spirit!
TO see Kadeem shine so brightly on the field this year was electrifying! He is one of the silent gems in College Recruiting that some universities may miss!
I hope that he will play on the next level and if he does that university will be LUCKY!

Check out his Highlights here: Kadeem Wallington

GHSA Championship 2013 #FansFavoriteFAN edition

Every year I look forward to the Georgia High School State Football Championship games! I usually go both days and stay all day long! This year I couldn't but I made it to both games to see two high school teams I have been covering this season.

Tucker High had to play Creekside High school and it's player they lost #DoitForDeuce. The spirit that Creekside played with against Tucker High was what took advantage of them late in the third quarter. The score of the game seems like a blow out but everyone that saw that game live or on television know that was not the case. Congrats to Creekside! Ya'll did it for DEUCE!

Every year Norcross High surprises me. I mean they have a team of athletes that graduate every year and yet they still end up in the State championship. They played against their county rival North Gwinnett and boy was the

Every year I decide to bring a few guests (friends & associates) to my home to watch a #CollegeFootball game. So I thought it was awesome that
The Ohio State University was playing in the BIG TEN CHAMPIONSHIP!
I invited Ohio State Alumni and Michigan State Alumni and boy did the trash-talking begin.... This was an excellent game!
WE LOST!
That's a part of the game though *shrugs*. Some times you WIN and some times you LOSE! Just keep playing... #FansFavoriteFAN

@VitesseExchange Boutique Shoot x RIOUS DESIGN Photography

AHEM, AHEM... I still GOT IT!
Shooting with a Boutique that I worked with when I was modeling was a JOY!
It was like I never stopped Modeling and I did 8 wardrobe changes in less than 45 minutes!
BEAT THAT MODELS!
**Those Workouts Are SHOWING some Nice Results**
To Purchase Clothing from @VitesseExchange Please go to: http://vitesse-exchange.com/

Let's talk about the Photographer of this Shoot: RIOUS DESIGN aka SLIM!
I went to college with SLIM at Fort Valley State University. We had our own little clique that still keeps in touch today. Amazing how when he first started I told him NO. He pointed this out to me to remind me that he didn't get discouraged about wanting to work with me later on. When that day came HE WAS READY! I hoped that one day he would appreciate why I said NO and he does!
I am very proud of his growth and YOU have to see his work!

Date Night: WOULD YOU LIKE A TOUR??

I can't get GLAM when I want too! Thanks to MUA Tierra & Hairstylist LaShaundra

He's so handsome! HEY CHEEK BONE!

The stage at Philips Arena for DRAKE's concert in ATL

Honestly I didn't care for Miguel. Honestly I hate Drake's catchy lyrics and sayings. But HONESTLY DRAKE gave me one of the BEST RAP ARTIST CONCERTS EVER!
Future was a nice addition to the concert and was the perfect blend between boring Miguel and HYPER Drake. Drake has so many hooks, catchy lyrics and memorable songs that you can't deny his talent. Let's just say that for one night this housewife was impressed! One of the many things that Hubby and I connect on is Music so when he said after dinner we would be going to the Drake concert this was my facial expression -_-
GREAT JOB BABE!

In a Perfect World

In a Perfect World, this housewife (who still works LOL) would dress like this everyday and have a Hermes Birkin on my arm! But until then I will enjoy wearing my ASICS tennis shoes, yoga wear and baseball caps while I run errands all over town!

A lady can dream right??

Happy Halloween #ScandalHalloween

First of all let me thank the people that helped me become the character, OLIVIA POPE, from the hit show SCANDAL!
Hair by: LaShaundra from www.makemeoverhairbar.com
MUA: Tierra www.makeupbytierra.com
Styled by: Gregory @iamGFM

Let's discuss how big of a KERRY WASHINGTON fan I am! I love watching her evolution into the amazing actress she's become. She's now a wife and soon-to-be mother and I am elated about that aspect of her wife. She shows you that with hard work and diligence that you can have what you want in due time. I laughed at my cousin Gregory when he suggested that I become #OliviaPope for Halloween. It took a while to convince me and I had to figure out how to top being the #SunDropGirl last Halloween.
This did it! Everyone love it and I had my own #Gladiators that were Ninja Turtles for Halloween.

What did you guys think of the costume and what were you for Halloween?

Pumpkin Patch TIME!

We LOVE when our favorite #PumpkinPatch is up and ready to ENJOY!

This is something that I have done every year with my children and some times I am able to get all of my children in on the fun. This time around it was Sean, Christopher along with my best friend Camille.

There was a lot more to do at our favorite #PumpkinPatch this year and we enjoyed every bit of it. What a way to enjoy this season and to share it with a dear friend.
Corn hole games, throwing footballs, Pumpkin Mazes, Sack Races, making Smores and balloon animals galore!

Heroes Among US #IronMan #Thor at Stonecrest Mall

Have you ever gone into the Mall for one thing and ended up doing something else?? Well this is how my particular Saturday went. I was supposed to be going to LensCrafters for a new eye exam, (Yes I think my vision is off), and afterwards headed home to rest. WELL my son Sean had different plans.

As we were walking into LensCrafters he kept saying, "MOM, Iron Man and Thor are here. Can we see them?" I thought he was joking until after my eye exam, (Yes they confirmed my vision is off),  we walked right into a sign stating that they were in the mall at that time. So we walked all over the mall to find them and Iron Man was on stage by himself.

Sean signed a #NoBullying petition and we jumped in line. As we got closer to the front, THOR walked out! You would have thought we were at a music concert. The children went wild while I stood there trying to figure out how I could run away. LOL! Once we got closer the boys convinced me to be in the picture and we took a picture with Iron Man and Thor.

That day was about them, The #HeroesAmongUS, but it ended up being about me: THEIR MOM THE HERO!

#ABCsummit Business Growth Summit in ATL

I had the most amazing opportunity of hearing Mr. Arthur Blank share invaluable Business & Family advice to the attendees of the Atlanta Business Chronicle Business Growth Summit. Mr. Blanks is the owner of the Atlanta Falcons and is the co-owner of Home Depot.
It was also a pleasure to chat with fellow Oglethorpe University alum Laura Turner Seydel again. I have met her a few times and each time I learn something new about being a devoted wife, wonderful mother and business woman. She truly is my Mentor in my head and her journey is encouraging. Visit http://lauraseydel.com/ for more information on her Environmental Advocacy.

God always places me where I need to be and I could not stop praising him for allowing me to be in the same place with these wonderful people.

Happy Birthday to my Husband, @TheSuperLawyer!

We had a wonderful time celebrating my husband's 45th birthday. This weekend was filled with love, gifts and time wonderfully spent with our blended family. We were able to do our #FamilyPumpkinTradition where our children carve pumpkins and we bake special Halloween desserts. Our two college student sons came home for a nice family dinner and stayed long enough to enjoy the #FamilyPumpkinTradition. We also went to church and shared a family moment on his special day. I am very proud of my husband and thankful that he is the head of our family. He sure doesn't look 45, LOL!
Keep it up THE SUPER LAWYER!
You're my MOTIVATION to be great everyday.

My Ohio State Buckeyes show they CARE #GoBuckeyes #Undefeated

One of my very close friends sent me this tonight and it touched my heart! You all know that I am an Ohio State fan but this made me love the team even more!
Dom Tiberi, the sports director of WBNS-10TV in Columbus who has covered Ohio State football since the 1980s, lost his 21-year old daughter Maria, an OSU student, in a car crash on September 17.
After taking a short leave from work to mourn, Tiberi returned to Ohio Stadium to cover the Buckeyes’ victory over Wisconsin Saturday night, and as the players left the field following the win, each warmly greeted Tiberi with a hug.

Watch it here & make sure you have a tissue nearby!

Kuntry Kidz, Inc. #YouthSummit in Hattiesburg, Mississippi

I was honored and blessed to be a part of this amazing experience in my hometown of Hattiesburg, Mississippi. This event had over 200 junior and high school students from South Mississippi at the Lake Terrace Convention Center. To see how much Kuntry Kidz, Inc's efforts in the community has grown and how the organization is touching the young people's lives directly is phenomenal. I want to share a few pictures but make sure you follow me on instagram (DawnMGreene) to see more!

I love being HOME!

Make sure you check out www.kuntrykidzinc.org

Students from my alma mater, South Jones High School and Junior High attended the Summit!
Our talented DJ Kujho for the event played music to keep students active in sessions!

AIDS Service Coalition & on site FREE testing, Books donated by Black Celebrity Giving & The location of the Youth Summit The Hattiesburg Convention center

I have to thank my team, Gregory Molette Jr. & Kayla Wallington, for their hard work and their efforts in helping me with this Youth Summit. I thank the organization's founder Mrs. Elisha Barnes-Booth for allowing me this platform to do more for my communities back home in Mississippi. I give GLORY TO GOD who continues to show me that what I do continuously for these young people will not be in vain.
